WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR SERVICES?
We will meet with you up to 4 times prior to your event to make sure your special day goes as planned. There are no additional charges for extra setup time, travel distance or travel time within Michigan. There are never any hidden charges with JerBear Entertainment!

DO YOU USE PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT?
JerBear Entertainment uses excellent professional-grade audio and lighting equipment. For our primary sound system, we use Podium Pro Audio 15" 1000 Watt powered speakers (2000W total!). Our lighting selection includes the following: ADJ Flash Beam, ADJ Starball LED, ADJ Reflex, ADJ Vertigo LED, ADJ Laser Widow (Red), ADJ Electra 250, Eliminator E-142, Eliminator Cyclops, Laser Star (Red & Green) and 4 Par Cans. Along with these items, we use a quality laptop with professional DJ software so there will never be a skip in the music!

WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC DO YOU HAVE?
JerBear Entertainment has a large variety of music. With well over 20,000 songs, we are guaranteed to have the songs that you want to hear. If by chance we don't have what you want to hear - we can order it and be sure to have it in time for your event. We just ask that you let us know at least 2 weeks in advance so we have time to order the song. Also, if there are any songs you don't want played, please let us know and we will make sure it does not get played at your event.

OUR SCHOOL DOESN'T ALLOW EXPLICIT LYRICS, DO YOU HAVE SCHOOL FRIENDLY SONGS?
The majority of our songs have been purchased from a DJ music service. This company provides radio editions of current hit songs. By subscribing to this service, JerBear Entertainment is able to play the music your students want to hear without the questionable content.

WILL MY DJ BE DRINKING AT MY EVENT?
JerBear Entertainment is hired to make sure your guests are having a memorable time. We will not consume alcohol while working at your event. We are professionals and act accordingly.

WILL MY DJ BE EATING AT MY EVENT?
Typically at any event, the DJ is counted as part of the guest count to include food and soda. Our services include two people, so please include that in your guest count when reserving your hall or other facility.

WE HAVE HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, HOW CAN WE BOOK YOU?
JerBear Entertainment offers an availability calendar on our website which is updated regularly. After checking to see if the date is available, you may call us at 248-850-5524 or if you scroll down while on the availability page you will see a "Contact Us" box. Please fill that out and we will contact you within 24 hours (usually much sooner).

WILL YOU INVITE PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS TO MY EVENT?
JerBear Entertainment is at your event to provide entertainment to you and your guests. We find it embarrassing to bring unknown guests to your event, so there will be no prospective clients at your event.

WILL YOU DISPLAY BANNERS OT PASS OUT CARDS AT MY EVENT?
This is your event and we do not use an event as an opportunity to advertise our services. Your event is our focus, not promoting our service. We will have business cards on hand incase someone comes up and asks for them, but they will not be on display.

ARE YOU JUST A WEDDING DJ?
We provide our services for any type of event. Weddings, Proms, 80's Parties, Corporate Events, Sweet 16's, Open Hosues and more! We will be glad to work with you on your next event.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WRITTEN CONTRACT?
We have heard horror stories about clients that spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on an event only to hire a disc jockey without a written contract. JerBear Entertainment is a professional disc jockey company and will always provide you with a written estimate and written contract.

HOW MANY TIMES WILL WE MEET PRIOR TO MY EVENT?
There is no additional charge to meet prior to your event. We highly encourage meeting before hand as well. JerBear Entertainment will meet with you up to 4 times prior to your event. This has proven that our clients have enjoyed their experiece and ensure that we have the most current music playlist and information for your event.

I AM HAVING A BENEFIT FOR A GOOD CAUSE.
HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO DJ FOR THIS EVENT?
Take a look at our event pricing on our Pricing page. We will be happy to work out payment plans for an event and will usually offer discount pricing for special causes/events. Please contact us for more information.

I NEED A DJ SETUP AT MY WEDDING CEREMONY AND AT MY RECEPTION (2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS), CAN YOU DO THIS?
We do offer this service. We have 2 sound systems available to help make this easier. The additional charge for this option is $100 and includes our standard sound system and DJ setup (without lights as they are not needed at the ceremony itself).
